These 152.4 x 101.6mm (6 x 4 inch) Phenol Free Thermal Labels make a great shipping label that offers long-lasting, high tack adhesion, suitable for sticking to most packaging surfaces. Our Priory Elements EcoLables™ are suitable for direct thermal and water-based flexography; with good convertibility and resistance to thermal image scratching and smudging, your labels will have great quality, durable print and colour. Featuring a BPA free coating, you get the great effects of a high sensitivity thermal coating, but without the damaging environmental impacts of phenol chemicals. Phenols and bisphenols never fully break down, instead they remain in the environment as microplastics, impacting oceans, animals and fish, and as a result, enters the food chain. Our phenol free thermal labels help reduce the number of harmful microplastics entering the environment, helps your despatch operation become more eco-friendly, and aids in our mission to make ecommerce a truly sustainable industry.
Our eco-friendly thermal labels are sustainably made using FSC Certified materials, are plastic-free and recyclable, making them a great eco alternative to incorporate into your packaging supplies.
Our Priory Elements Ecolabels are supplied in boxes of 12 with 475 labels per roll and have a core diameter of 25.4mm, perfect for use with use with Zebra 4 desktop printers, including GX & GK ranges, legacy LP and TLP 4 printer ranges, and many others.
